Remote Consultation (4 Hours)
Remote consultation block of 4 hours with a Cisco certified Industrial Network Engineer to discuss your industrial networking project, application support, or remote troubleshooting. Time and method of communication (phone, e-mail, WebEx, etc.) will need to be scheduled with the engineer. After you place an order, an engineer will reach out to discuss availability. If more than 4 hours are required, please select additional quantities to equal the amount of hours needed.

Visio Diagram - Network Architecture
A user-editable Visio diagram will be provided to outline the logical network architecture of the switches included with your order. The diagram will show switch names, links between switches, and IP address assignment.
